Mr. Muborrakkadam Khushkadamov, Co-head
of the geo-engineering Unit (geology)

Muborak graduated from the Tajik State University in
1973 majoring in geology and scouting for mining
industry and natural resources. Enjoys his over 30
years of experience in the field. During his whole
career Muborak has been directly involved in
geoengieering activities covering underground
networks, residential areas and cities, highways and
railways, industrial facilities and plants that were
completed in all major cities of Tajikistan. Has been
awarded a number of honors and awards.

Mr. Oleg Plotnikov, Co-head of the geo-engineering
Unit (land-surveying)

In 1992 Oleg graduated from Novosibirsk (Russia)
institute of engineering, majoring in geodesy,
surveying, aerial surveying and mapping and applied
geodesy with his advanced degree. Also enjoys over
30 years of direct working experience in
geoengieering activities covering underground
networks, residential areas and cities, highways and
railways, industrial facilities and plants that were
completed in all major cities of Tajikistan.

Parviz Pulatov, Regional Manager
(Khudjand, Tajikistan)

Parviz Pulatov is a Resident Representative of the TS
Project Professionals in Khujand city. He graduated
from the Tajik Technological University of Tajikistan
and has got strong and proven technical background.
Mr. Pulatov has accumulated a vast practical
experience and exposure to a number of projects
funded by the international financial institutions. In
particular, the worked as Country Manager
(Tajikistan) within one large regional USAID-funded
project covering Central Asia that was successfully

implemented in Sugd region under his guidance. He has previously worked as water and sanitation
engineer. Mr. Pulatov enjoys great networking in Khujand and business reputation in the Project area.
Mr. Pulatov is fluent in Tajik, Russian and English languages.
