        Mr. Olim Kholmatov, Managing Director

Olim is a Civil Engineer by background. Back in 1973 he
graduated from the Tajik Polytechnical University
majoring in industrial and civil construction.  Olim worked
on all levels of the construction chain. In engineering area
he used to work in Khudjand branch of the  project design
institute Tajikgiprostroi (1973-1977); in 1976 he
completed extension course in the main office of
Tajikgiprostroi in the area of structural engineering. Olim
managed one of the leading design institutes
"Dushanbegirpogor" from 1997-2004.  In construction
area Olim was the head of the technical department at
the Khudjand branch of the concrete-panel construction
   Mr. Rustam Karimov, Chief Architect

Rustam graduated from the Tajik Polytechnical University
majoring in architecture in 1967. He also worked
part-time at various project design agencies in
Dushanbe while studying. Completed his graduate  
architectural education in Moscow Institute of Architecture
in 1970. His diploma project "Hydropower station on the
high-elevation dam on the river Vakhsh" has been
awarded top recognition at the all-USSR graduate
student in architecture fair. From 1971 to 1980 Rustam
worked in the project design institute and mainly dealt
with Dushanbe city master planning and architectural
oblique of the city capital.
Mr. Matin Kholmatov, Portfolio Manager,  
Communications, Marketing and Outreach

Matin holds his Masters degree in Development
Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts, US
and BA in International Affairs (minor in food industry),
from Technological University of Tajikistan, Dushanbe,
Tajikistan. Matin has ample experience in working with     
international multilateral and bilateral financial,  
humanitarian and development  agencies, especially the
World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, UNDP,
Swiss Development and Cooperation office etc. Having
worked in the World Bank country office in Dushanbe as
an External Affairs, Communications and Project Officer,
Matin dealt with both the national and local government in Tajikistan, private sector, mass media, NGOs and
international community. Since 2003, Matin is a short-term  consultant (community driven development and
poverty analysis) working at the World Bank's HQ in Washington combining this work with the growing needs
of the Company in the unique mix of skills he possesses.
Next
facility  from 1977 until 1985. In the area of general building/facility  owner he managed department of capital
construction at the Ministry of Trade, Tajikistan from 1985-1997. A number of large facilities were completed
during this time, including those in Dushanbe, Kurgan-Tube and Kairakkum.Since 2004 he is a Managing
Director of the joint Tajik-Swiss venture "TS Project Professional"
In 1973 continued education at the special institute of higher education, Moscow Institute for Architecture
majoring in "City planning" under Prof. Ullas, one of the authors of the Moscow city master plan. Has twice
been Chief Architect of Dushanbe city and head of the architecture unit under the City government. Since
1985 Rustam is a President of the Union of Architects of Tajikistan. In 1992-1994 has served as
Vice-President and President of International Union of Architects in CIS countries. Rustam is also an
Associate member of the Moscow branch at the International Academy of Architecture. Current member of the
International Academy of Oriental architecture. Rustam has been given a number of state awards and a
proud holder of  Friendship award/medal.
