Internet-cafe (or cyber-cafe) is a reciprocal gift from
the sister city of Boulder (Colorado, USA) to
Dushanbe (Tajikistan) in response to the traditional
tea-house, presented by the city of Dushanbe as a
gift to the city of Boulder back in 1987. The project is
being supported by the
Boulder-Dushanbe Sister
City (BDSC).  This project is more than just an
internet cafe in Dushanbe - it is an embodiment of
the growing friendship and an attempt to bring
closer people of two sister cities.

Boulder-style Cyber-cafe will be located in the
Peoples Friendship park in Dushanbe and also
include a two learning centers, a conference hall
and a snack bar with a beautiful landscape solution.

TS Project Professionals carried out initial value
analysis for the facility. Later on our engineers
completed geotechnical engineering
(geological/geodesic investigation) and at this stage
our architect and engineers are working with the
Project Architect on the engineering and
construction drawings. The other part of TSPP
duties under this Project is to represent the
interests of the client in Dushanbe, including
pre-qualification of the contractors, preparation of
the tender documents, costing of the works,
selection of the construction contractor, construction
and supervision of the construction at the Project site
